Keeping Your 22ji Account Safe

Your account security is a shared responsibility. 22ji applies multiple layers of technical protection on the platform side — but there are also habits on your end that make a real difference in keeping your account secure.

Every login session on 22ji is protected by SSL encryption, which means the data travelling between your device and the platform is always secured in transit. When you access your account on a new device or after a period of inactivity, an OTP (one-time password) may be sent to your registered Philippine mobile number to confirm it's really you.

• Use a strong, unique password Create a password you don't use on other platforms. A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols makes your account harder to compromise. Change it periodically if you use shared devices.
• Keep your registered mobile number active Your mobile number is used for OTP verification. Make sure the number on your account is current and accessible. If your number changes, contact 22ji support to update it before you lose access.
• Never share your credentials 22ji support will never ask for your password, OTP, or full account details via chat or email. If anyone requests this information claiming to be 22ji, do not comply and report it immediately.
• Log out on shared or public devices If you log in from a shared phone, internet café, or any device you don't own, always log out when you're done. Don't save passwords in public browsers.
